IM meditation

IM Meditation: Unlock the benefits of meditation: less stress, improved focus, pain management, reduced anxiety, and better sleep. For newbies interested in meditation, as well as those seeking a space for intentional practice, this guided meditation class is for you.

IM Tech-Box

A technique focused boxing class that’s designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, build back and core muscles, all while sticking to correct form. Capped at 15, this class will give you the opportunity for a bit more 1on1 time with the trainer to ensure you’re reaching your potential.

IM Power Yoga

Is a fast-paced style of yoga that’s focused on building strength and endurance. This is a fast paced flow yoga that will challenge you to focus on your body and your breathing.

IM Express Cycle

A fast paced 30min session that’s a combination of fast-paced cycling and strategic lighter rest intervals to get you recovered for the next burst. Get ready for a sweaty session!

IM WOD

Impact Gym’s Workout of the Day! Never the same two weeks in a row, this class will have your heart pumping and those endorphins flowing. This class can range from bodyweight, strength, and conditioning training, or maybe all 3! You’ll never know what you’re going to get.

IM BOOTCAMP

A full-body workout using circuit-based training incorporating strength and cardio. This 1hr class is all about working out from head-to-toe and starting your weekend the right way. Bootcamp is a functional fitness class that uses whole-body, multi-joint exercises that simulate movements needed for everyday life.

IM Strength

A blend of strength & fitness based exercises, designed to build muscle as well as increase cardio vascular capacity. You’re going to get strong and fit in this half hour body blast!

IM PILATES

A mind-body class that strengthens the core, improves posture, will help with coordination and balance as well as assist with injury prevention. If you’ve been having lower back pain or are recovering from an injury, these classes have various levels for you to work at from beginner to advanced, so you’re working at your own level and getting stronger and more mobile as you do.

IM MOBILITY FUSION

Focusing on mobility with a Unlock your potential with our Strength and Mobility class! designed to boost your flexibility, strength and overall body performance, this class offers dynamic stretching, targeted strength training for weakness/injuries and affective mobility drills

IM FIT LEAN & STRONG

A total body fat-blasting workout to get you fit, lean and strong. This class combines high-intensity interval training with strength training in a circuit/HIIT/functional style format. Using equipment such as kettlebells, dumbbells, sled pushes, assault bikes and so much more. Welcome to all fitness levels

IM STRETCH

Come and stretch the stress of your week away with stretch and mobility. Incorporating yoga, bands, foam rollers and kettle bells and finishing with some relaxing meditation time.

Yogalates is an energising blend of yoga and Pilates, designed to build core strength, improve flexibility, and boost posture, with a touch of gentle cardio to get your heart rate up. It’s low-impact and uplifting.

We offer 8 Young @ Heart Classes; Cardio Drumming, Barre, Dance, Field, Strength, Stretch, Low Impact and Yoga. These classes are perfect to get you moving and have fun while doing so!

im qi gong

QI GONG is an ancient Chinese health care system that integrates physical posture, breathing techniques and focused intention. Qi (pronounced Chee) means life or vital energy, Gong means skill. Together these translate as the cultivation of one’s own vital energy system practise. 

LES MILLS GRIT STRENGTH

A 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength, cardiovascular fitness and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plate and bodyweight exercises to blast all major muscle groups.

IM Dancefit

A dynamic, high impact workout designed to have you sweating and toning whilst having fun! Easy-to-follow moves means this class is for everyone-you can work at the pace and intensity that you want and need to work at. The class includes athletic dance routines to all your favourite feel-good songs, as well as tracks using light weights and some mat work. Be prepared to come out smiling!

IM barre

IM Barre is a fun, endurance based fitness class designed to achieve balance, symmetry, strength and alignment of the body and mind. Using a variety of equipment, Barre integrates the fundamentals of Pilates with cardio intervals, core work, functional exercise and dance to create a total body workout.

IM VINYASA YOGA

IM Vinyasa Yoga is a creative and dynamic form of yoga that uses breath to link physical yoga postures are sequenced in a way to help increase flexibility, movements, strengthen and tone muscles. it also allows you to tune in to your body”s own rhythm.

IM Reformer pilates

Reformer Pilates is a full-body workout that builds strength, improves flexibility, and enhances core stability using controlled movements and resistance. Expect a dynamic, low-impact session that challenges your muscles, promotes better posture, and leaves you feeling stronger, more balanced, and energised. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, each class is designed to help you move with precision and control. 

IM super yoga

IM Super Yoga is the perfect blend of movement and mindfulness. This class strengthens the body, improves flexibility, and connects breath with flow for a full mind-body reset. To finish, a guided meditation helps you unwind, leaving you feeling refreshed, centered, and ready for whatever comes next.

LES MILLS BODYPUMP

BODYPUMP is a full-body barbell workout using light to moderate weights with high reps to get you lean, toned, and fit, fast. With great music and motivating coaches, you’ll burn up to 540 calories and leave feeling strong and energised.

LES MILLS sprint

LES MILLS SPRINT is a 30-minute HIIT workout on an indoor bike. This low-impact, high-intensity session combines all-out bursts of effort with recovery periods to push your limits and deliver fast, effective results, even after the workout ends,

LES MILLS RPM

RPM is a fun, low-impact indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. With energising music and group motivation, your instructor leads you through sprints, hill climbs, and flat rides to boost cardio fitness and burn up to 675 calories.

IM SHAPES

LES MILLS SHAPES is a low-impact, high-results workout that blends Pilates, barre, and power yoga. Designed to strengthen and tone your entire body, especially your core and glutes, SHAPES uses small, controlled movements to build strength, flexibility, and balance. IM Calisthenics

Calisthenics is a bodyweight training class focused on building strength, control, and mobility.
