Tum, Bum & Thighs workout is a sculpting and toning session that will help improve the mid-section of the body. This class incorporates an aerobic workout with pulsing movements and stretches, which will help improve and tone from the waist down! View Timetable

IM Tech-Box

A technique focused boxing class that’s designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, build back and core muscles, all while sticking to correct form. Capped at 15, this class will give you the opportunity for a bit more 1on1 time with the trainer to ensure you’re reaching your potential.

IM Power Yoga

Is a fast-paced style of yoga that’s focused on building strength and endurance. This is a fast paced flow yoga that will challenge you to focus on your body and your breathing.

IM Express Cycle

A fast paced 30min session that’s a combination of fast-paced cycling and strategic lighter rest intervals to get you recovered for the next burst. Get ready for a sweaty session!


Impact Gym’s Workout of the Day! Never the same two weeks in a row, this class will have your heart pumping and those endorphins flowing. This class can range from bodyweight, strength, and conditioning training, or maybe all 3! You’ll never know what you’re going to get.


A full-body workout using circuit-based training incorporating strength and cardio. This 1hr class is all about working out from head-to-toe and starting your weekend the right way. Bootcamp is a functional fitness class that uses whole-body, multi-joint exercises that simulate movements needed for everyday life.

IM Strongfit

A blend of strength & fitness based exercises, designed to build muscle as well as increase cardio vascular capacity. You’re going to get strong and fit in this half hour body blast!


A mind-body class that strengthens the core, improves posture, will help with coordination and balance as well as assist with injury prevention. If you’ve been having lower back pain or are recovering from an injury, these classes have various levels for you to work at from beginner to advanced, so you’re working at your own level and getting stronger and more mobile as you do.


Focusing on mobility with a Pilates view, this class is designed to ease those aches and pains within your joints. Encouraging movement within your range of motion, while also keeping posture, core strength and proper positioning. This class will help with recovery as well as injury prevention.


A total body fat-blasting workout to get you fit, lean and strong. This class combines high-intensity interval training with strength training in a circuit/HIIT/functional style format. Using equipment such as kettlebells, dumbbells, sled pushes, assault bikes and so much more. Welcome to all fitness levels

IM Strong circuit

A Strongman inspired workout that is based around pushing & pulling some heavy weights. Come throw some weights around in this class, which utilizes equipment such as the sled, farmer carries, heavy med balls, and some barbell work. Not to be missed.


A 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength, cardiovascular fitness and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plate and bodyweight exercises to blast all major muscle groups.

IM Dancefit

A dynamic, high impact workout designed to have you sweating and toning whilst having fun! Easy-to-follow moves means this class is for everyone-you can work at the pace and intensity that you want and need to work at. The class includes athletic dance routines to all your favourite feel-good songs, as well as tracks using light weights and some mat work. Be prepared to come out smiling!

IM basic training

Is a class where you will work through a series of progressive, results focused workouts matched to banging music, to bring you the energy high you’ve been looking for. Using weight plates & barbells, this class focuses on the basic movement planes (push, pull, squat, dead lift, etc) and is targeted towards building your strength and confidence in lifting. Finally a workout is here for you, that uses timed training, ladders, and EMOMs that pushes you out of any training plateau, putting you firmly into the results zone. If you want results ? This is the real deal.

IM Animal hiit

A ground-based, high intensity, body weight movement system designed to improve a range of skills including strength, basic movement patterns, endurance, stability, and mobility. This workout involves heavy lifting paired with animal movements like bear crawls, frog jumps, and crab walks. New to the IM Field Timetable and worth the pain!

Metabolic conditioning class is an intense circuit-style workout with circuits consisting of 4-10 exercises performed in multiple rounds, with very little rest.


A barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit-fast! Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetitions, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 540 calories*. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music-helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated to come back for more.

LES MILLS sprint

Is a 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results.  It’s a short, intense style of training where the thrill and motivation comes from pushing your physical and mental limits. A high intensity, low impact workout, it’s scientifically proven to return rapid results. The 30 minutes you put into a LES MILLS SPRINT workout drives your body to burn calories for hours. You combine bursts of intensity, where you work as hard as possible, with periods of rest that prepare you for the next effort. The payoff? You smash your fitness goals, fast.


A group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It’s fun, low impact and burns loads of calories. With great music pumping and the group riding as one, your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. In an RPM workout, you repeatedly reach your cardio peak then ease back down, keeping pace with the pack to lift your personal performance and boost your cardio fitness.
