Since a young age I was passionate and interested in sports and exercise which ultimately led me to complete a bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science at Newcastle University.
Having worked with a range of athletes from beginner to professional levels my passion is now to share my knowledge and expertise to assist my clients of all fitness levels to gain confidence within our sessions and improve their quality of life.

I have been in the Health and Fitness industry since 2008 and am passionate about improving lifestyles through training. I specialise in creating training and fitness programs that are customised to individual needs and goals. My interests outside the gym are Rugby League, Cricket and studying the form guide.

I’ve been a personal trainer since 2013, working with a variety of different clients, all with different health and fitness goals over the years. What I love most about my job as a trainer is the best part is meeting and helping people. I’ve been a Central Coast local all of my life and love it. I don’t take life too seriously. It’s too short. You will always catch me making jokes on the gym floor. With my sessions you can expect to get results and reach your goals, all while having a good time.

I have been in the fitness industry for over 10 years. During this time I have played high-level rugby league for the Newcastle Knights, been involved in competitive bodybuilding, placing first in classic physique at ABF National Titles & also completing numerous ultra marathons, such as the 75km Bondi to Wollongong race. Because of my love to push myself in different areas within the fitness world, I have experience to help you achieve a vast variety of fitness goals. So whatever your fitness goals are, I’m sure I can help you get there.

I’ve always been a very active person playing sports competitively and taking on different types of training to help support and improve my performance. I have participated in many different forms of training, from Crossfit/HIIT to Powerlifting, and competed in Bodybuilding for 10 years. It is this passion that has brought me to become the trainer I am today. My wide range of knowledge has come not only from my qualifications, but also from my many years in the fitness industry. I’d love to use this knowledge to help you achieve your goals. Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. I believe in finding the happiness you can achieve from fitness; and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of fitness are worth the challenge. I’m here to guide you, and to help you achieve your goals, feel good about yourself inside and out, and most importantly, keep you healthy.

Hi, I’m Glenn, a personal trainer specialising in calisthenics, bodyweight training, and gymnastics. I help people build strength, mobility, and control using their own body as resistance. Whether you’re working toward your first pull-up or aiming for handstands and muscle-ups, I’ll guide you with tailored progressions. My focus is on functional strength, injury prevention, and moving with confidence in and out of the gym. No matter your level, I’ll help you train smarter, move better, and enjoy the process along the way.

I’ve been in the gym scene for nearly 18 years, with a background in bodybuilding, CrossFit, and strength & conditioning. My training style combines structure, progression, and intensity, with a strong focus on making it enjoyable and sustainable. Outside the gym, I’m the Managing Director at 5 Star Swim Schools, where I’ve spent over a decade helping people build confidence and skill, and I bring that same energy into every session. My true passion is to be part of someone’s fitness journey, whether it’s building strength, chasing performance goals, or just getting back into training.
