I am a Mum of three boys and a world champion fitness competitor who mixes both these worlds together. I can relate to the first-time ladies who find a gym environment overwhelming, right up to the competitive ladies who like to lift and everyone in between, including teen girls.

James Hall

Personal Trainer

I have played professional rugby in the UK in a career spanning 15 years. I have been personal training since 2017. I put a large emphasis on movement proficiency and strength training, which I believe is the foundation for you to be successful in other areas of fitness. I balance work and spending time with my young family with chasing my own fitness goals. Recent successes are holding the SkiErg 1k & 2k world records.

Matty Krug

I have been in the Health and Fitness industry since 2008 and am passionate about improving lifestyles through training. I specialise in creating training and fitness programs that are customised to individual needs and goals. My interests outside the gym are Rugby League, Cricket and studying the form guide.

Mark Ramsey

I’ve been a personal trainer since 2013, working with a variety of different clients, all with different health and fitness goals over the years. What I love most about my job as a trainer is the best part is meeting and helping people. I’ve been a Central Coast local all of my life and love it. I don’t take life too seriously. It’s too short. You will always catch me making jokes on the gym floor. With my sessions you can expect to get results and reach your goals, all while having a good time.

Joshua Whitlam

I have been in the fitness industry for over 10 years. During this time I have played high-level rugby league for the Newcastle Knights, been involved in competitive bodybuilding, placing first in classic physique at ABF National Titles & also completing numerous ultra marathons, such as the 75km Bondi to Wollongong race. Because of my love to push myself in different areas within the fitness world, I have experience to help you achieve a vast variety of fitness goals. So whatever your fitness goals are, I’m sure I can help you get there.

Cade Robertson

High-Performance Coach

Having had a professional grade rugby career from a young age, playing for both the Golden Lions as well as The Reds, my passion and focus has always been that of high-performance and goal-orientated Strength & Conditioning training. I took this passion and drive into winning National competitive bodybuilding competitions and studying Sport and Exercise Science. Having worked with both beginners and professional athletes, combined with my own experience as an athlete, I am equipped with sound knowledge across all demographics. Here at Impact you will find me using these skills to help local athletes improve their athletic performance, reduce injury risk and undertake effective programming.

I’ve always been a very active person playing sports competitively and taking on different types of training to help support and improve my performance. I have participated in many different forms of training, from Crossfit/HIIT to Powerlifting, and competed in Bodybuilding for 10 years. It is this passion that has brought me to become the trainer I am today. My wide range of knowledge has come not only from my qualifications, but also from my many years in the fitness industry. I’d love to use this knowledge to help you achieve your goals. Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. I believe in finding the happiness you can achieve from fitness; and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of fitness are worth the challenge. I’m here to guide you, and to help you achieve your goals, feel good about yourself inside and out, and most importantly, keep you healthy.

Josh Wiggins

In the process of overcoming a state of severe dis-ease, I developed a passion for and dedication to health and fitness. I have worked with clients, groups, and sporting teams for the past 10 years; with the aim of helping them to achieve their goals. I truly believe that we must approach all areas of one’s health; mind, body, and heart. It is for this reason that I have sought out the world’s experts in each of these fields and have earned my Mental Performance, Muscle Intelligence and Nutrition certifications respectively. I believe that through this three-pronged approach to health, sport, and fitness; my clients will achieve peak performance, live optimally and be able to maintain their healthful habits for life. I believe everyone deserves the right to good health and be happy and confident with themselves inside and out. Through my own experiences, both successes and failures I always take the opportunity to learn and grow. That’s what has brought me here. I thrive helping people change their lives in the simplest and most realistic way possible. Getting fit and healthy does not have to be difficult, but it can seem daunting, especially stepping foot inside a gym. With so much conflicting and contradictory information out there it can be frustrating and mostly confusing to know what to do. You’re not alone. I would love to help you with what can sometimes seem complex, but are simplistic, manageable steps to help you reach your goals. I care deeply about my clients, and there’s nothing of more value to me than helping somebody go through an experience that makes them happy, confident, and STRONG. I want to be there for you and help you discover the benefits and joys of training that helped me become the trainer I am today. I’m here to be your personal guide on every step of the journey.
